We currently operate two strategically positioned MRFs (materials recovery facilities) which enables the efficient collection, receipt and processing of waste, with a third imminently due to go on line.

At an exciting phase of growth and development, we are currently looking to appoint a qualified and experienced HGV Mechanic.
We are looking to recruit an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our growing company, working alongside the existing workforce in servicing, maintaining and repairing a mixed fleet of modern vehicles of various sizes.
The Role and Person
The successful applicant will be capable of working alone as well as part of a team, and be diligent and methodical in their working practices. Use of computer technology as a diagnostic tool is essential as well as the ability to demonstrate experience of finding and repairing faults manually. Ideally, you will have experience working on a range of different makes of vehicle but candidates trained in only one type will still be considered. You will also be required to complete all relevant paperwork as part of the servicing and inspection routines.
A current car driving licence is essential as you will be required to provide roadside assistance to vehicle breakdowns and punctures using company vehicles. An HGV licence would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided if deemed necessary for the future role.
We operate a two shift system: 06:00 – 15:30 Monday to Friday
12:00 – 21:30 Monday to Friday
With Saturdays worked 06:00 to 12:00 on backshift week only.
